Communication after the order was great and came as ordered and timely. I would like to make a recommendation. I do not knit a lot and am a novice knitter. I would like the option of Michigan yarns sending the yarn in ball form instead of skeins. It took me several hours to roll the yarn into balls so I could knit efficiently. The yarn is great quality!
