Unreasonable return policy

I purchased these shoes and they didn’t fit. I wanted to get a different size but I had to pay postage to mail them back. I find that to be outrageous. I ordered them from Amazon where returns are free!

Love my Plim Soul Lux, shoes purchased outside US generally run half size bigger which I soon found out. A no hassle exchange. The shoe feels exactly as my daughter said.. love color. So I will be buying another pair soon. Biggest decision will be which one, so many to pick from! Thanks again for quick exchange and a high quality footwear.
