Light Roast Whole Bean Coffee

Tastes more Columbian than Yirgacheffe

Although this is good coffee, Yirgacheffe is one of my favorite beans that I usually buy as a single-source light roast. It can be an acquired taste, though, as some Yirgacheffe is quite "fruity" with a slightly sour aftertaste. This Yirg./Columbian blend did not have quite enough Yirgacheffe in it for me, but leaned more to the Columbian side - not a problem for most people. It it's favor, it does not have the "sour" aftertaste.

Excellent wake-up beverage

This light roast is a perfect morning wake-up beverage. Actually a bit more caffeine.

Most Excellent

I seem to prefer Light Roast & Organic Roast the most for when I plan to enjoy a good cup.
