Studio Ghibli Films 144 Keycaps Set

Shipping took forever but the keys are very cute and well made. I did notice though that several of them are different sizes (in terms of height) and some are angled. Im not well versed in keyboards to know if this is common or more of a design flaw, however, they are still very cute

This review is for the customer service. The keys were great except for one key that was damaged. I reached out to customer service as soon as possible and was told that a replacement key will be sent. I followed up the day afterwards and have sent three emails since to inquire about a timeline and tracking number and haven’t heard a response for 19 days. I have no idea when or if my replacement key will be sent to me. This was after it took me 3 weeks to receive the package. It’s a shame that the customer service is terrible since the keycaps are very nice.

It took a about a month for the keycaps to arrive, but they are so cute and exactly what I was looking for! I love the variety of the images, the quality is good, and they fit perfectly. I really love them and they were well worth the wait!
