Cascade Mushroom Mix

I did not know the Cascade Mushroom Mix would change my life, but it has. I'd been sitting for years on a chicken salad recipe that called for it and had been working around it with spices I had. The salad was still good, but I wanted to try it as intended. I finally decided to get some and it's a complete gamechanger! Well into my second pouch already!

Super rich, deep and hearty. It is really good mixed with yogurt and mashed potatoes.

Love the mushroomy flavor though it’s very salty! In pot it in everything now!
