Great product, subpar shipping

The product is amazing and we have it up in our home and use it every day. Nine days after I ordered the product I finally got frustrated that it hadn't been shipped and attempted to contact Sara's silks about a timeframe for it to be shipped. I think it was about 2 weeks from ordering to delivery.

Exactly what is shown in the pics! It’s the perfect addition to my 18 month old daughter’s play room!
