Good, but not top shelf.
I own a number of Pearl Izumi shoes and these are good shoes for the money. They are well made and comfortable. I do wish that these had micro adjustable Boa dials instead of the single direction ones. I hope that they may come out with a more premium shoe in the future that replaces the (now out of production) Pro Air shoe. Right now they have nothing competing with other manufacturers top end shoes.

BOA dual L6C dials
To me the description BOA dual L6C dials meant that the dials worked both forward and reverse directions, however that is not the situation. This makes dialing in comfort a bit more difficult. The width fit seems tight although the size is the same as the Pearl Izumi’s I have been using for the last 3 years. I have only been on two rides of 35 miles, and will reassess after a few more rides.

Poor value for money
You can spend the same amount of money on the Specialized Torch 3. 0 and get the premium Boa clip that has bi-directional tightening/loosening.
