Crafting through the horrors sticker

The items are very good quality, but they were shipped in a barely padded envelope, and the cards were all bent, holes had been poked in the packaging cards because the envelope had been smashed, and one of the pins on the back of an item was bent almost 45°. I really like all my items, I just wish they had been packaged more securely, especially as I'm giving them as gifts.
