My Umpteenth Orders
This is my 4th slings from Frenchie, and likely won’t be my last order on Frenchie. One of best Colombian craftsmanship.

Stylish, Convertible Leather Sling – Great Concept, Minor Usability Flaws
Having purchased the wallet a few years ago, I already appreciated the quality of their leather. This sling backpack lives up to that same high standard: the leather and carbon-fiber accents are beautifully textured and deliver a real sense of ownership.
The bag's standout feature—its ability to transform into three different sizes—is clever and useful, letting you adjust based on the situation. However, that design comes with a few trade-offs.
The smallest size is a bit too tiny to fit anything meaningful.
The largest size feels like an emergency-use-only option.
In practice, I end up using the medium (default) size most of the time.
As shown in the attached photo, the single central snap holds the bag folded—but once the contents increase, its shape buckles and the zipper doesn’t glide smoothly anymore.
The adjustable strap—designed to adapt to the bag’s changeable size—unfortunately works too well: once I fix the length, it tends to shift around like a loop. A button or clip to lock the strap length in place would be a useful improvement.
Overall, this is a high-quality bag with an excellent concept. Yet, if you prefer to fix it at one size, a couple of design tweaks would make it more practical.
