Plugged in the new unit and connected to tow vehicle power, and bingo, a green light to signal the ESC is in working order.

Hi the clips were different on the new one compared to the older unit - so I had to take of the new clip end and reattach the older one - unfortunately it doesnt work or the light is not coming on

Did replace today.
The old one on van was full of water. These should be water tight.
