TRAINING MASK 2.0

Ordered a medium according to the size chart. The nose cup fit properly but the neoprene sleeve didn't. It was too small to fasten correctly around my head. It would slide down and the earholes would sit below my ears. Customer service suggested if the nose cup fit correctly but the neoprene sleeve didn't, I would need a size large sleeve. I had to order a new sleeve in size large for tge proper fit. Now I have a size medium sleeve that is no use to me, but the mask will now fit and work properly.
