Product as shown in bottle/container unavailable

Ordered for the first time and expected to receive product in bottle/contained as shown but did not (received refill pouch). Received bottles for other items I ordered but not this so it was noticeable to child who was excited to try all three items. When I contacted customer service they gave me credit toward future purchases but are still unable to provide bottle (bottled version).

Tengan cuidado . A mi no me deja cancelar . Cancelaré mi tarjeta . No estoy nada contenta .
