Excellent support and service

Recently replaced my old water softener which I bought from EMWC 16 year ago. They gave me excellent advice on a suitable replacement that used exactly the same fittings. The replacement was damaged in transport, but EMWC identified the problem over the phone and arranged an immediate replacement. Excellent support and service from both sales and technical staff.

Brilliant design

This is a well designed softener and it takes up less space than the model it has replaced. Brilliant service from the team at EMWC. They have made sure I am completely happy with the unit before purchase and have advised I contact them after a few days to ensure it is working correctly.
