UV filter - Problem sorted

Had a problem with my UV sterilisation system with the transformer sounding an alarm which usually means the lamp has failed. I phoned EMW for advice, discussed the options and concluded there was a problem with the transformer. I ordered a replacement on next day delivery, swapped the transformer and problem sorted with the system now back up and running. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a better outcome
