Bought as a replacement

Machine was delivered very promptly and fitted to existing connections, No problems but I had to query one aspect as I didn't understand that the machine had an auto-regeneration system. Great service and nice people to deal with.

Reliable and efficient softening

Our water is hard and our EML10 has been working faultlessly for 14 years. We are now replacing this with the equivalent 2025 unit. What higher recommendation would there be?
