Discovered small leak on water feed pipe on Friday. Contacted East Midlands Water via their chat line and received replacement at 10.30 on Saturday. Pipe replaced and all working fine. Brilliant service.

15 mm braided hoses disappointing

The 15mm braided hoses supplied with my water softener were double the price from other suppliers and poor quality , weak braiding meant they kink easily and I have my doubts over their life span that the rubber linings won’t fail, when I pay £50 for a pair of hoses I want the quality to justify the cost , the water softener it’s self was superb, no complaints there,
