Cushioned but slippery
Love the thickness and knee support the mat provides, but it is very slippery and I am unable to hold most poses without sliding over the mat even when barely sweaty. Will have to see if it improves and if I can endure it until then

Great but grip is not the best
Purchased with an incredible bolster which is fab. Took to my yoga class and slipped a little which is disappointing for the price of it.
