Black Garlic Infused Dark Balsamic

Delicious!

My husband bought the black garlic infused balsamic vinegar while we were in Bethlehem. For some reason, I thought he bought black garlic oil, and I used it as such to make my sautéed portobello mushrooms. When I realized it was vinegar, I was very concerned and thought I would not like it. Well, I loved it! It has now become a regular ingredient whenever I sauté mushrooms. Just delicious!

Love the Black Garlic Infused Balsamic. Use this flavor to marinate and grill vegetables. Our favorite is Vidalia onions. Add a bit of olive oil, salt & pepper then grill. You take a bit and the onion is sweet, take another bit and it is sweeter. The onions are amazing. There are so many more things that I cook and add the Black Garlic Infused Balsamic.
