Clasp loose, second pair

I bought a bunch of new pieces and have had multiple problems. Clasps not locking and the hoops falling out. One earring arriving with the wrong backing. Constantly worried about losing them.

Poor clasp, earring fell out during normal activity

I put these earrings for the first on went about my day and within a few hours one of them had fallen out. I was doing nothing active or rough, just got on the subway and then Metro North. I am so sad. I had actually tried to add an extra earring back but the the earring was too thick so I took the chance the clasp would fine. I am not even sure what to do now with one diamond earring. Is there any sale value? Can I acquire a replacement?
