I received them quickly, no customer service complaints at all. The only thing I don't like about these half chaps is that the zipper is in the back. Would be easier to put on if the zipper was on the side. But other than that I loved these. Leather is soft, stretchy panels give a great form fitting effect, they have a sturdy zipper, and they are true to size. Overall a great value for leather half chaps.
