Solid State Cobalt - Apple MacBook Skin

Great fit except the keyboard piece.

I want to say that the top and bottom pieces fit perfectly on my macbook Neo. However, the inside keyboard piece did not fit as well. The thin top strip had to be folded about 1/4 inch because there was excess length between the end pieces at the hinges. The fold is just above the F9 key. I have a photo of the fold. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I tried several times to make the top strip fit but it always came up too long.

Good skin, but the new format is harder to install

I have used these skins on all my laptops for a long time. They used to provide separate covers for the left and right of the track pad, but now those pieces are connected by wire thin strips of plastic. It is very hard to apply these strips without stretching them slightly. I had to cut mine and ‘edit’ the skin a bit to get a perfect fit. The top and bottom skins are great. The inner one is tough to work with.
