It’s a great product, high quality, and fairly reasonable price but within the overall engineering design it falls short. I owned it for 2 days and immediately sold it because it’s not practical to spend 10-15 minutes trying to place one item and one bump and needs to reset. It should not have a spinning feature without automatic, need to place the object first, then push button to make spin and control speed of spin.
You can’t calibrate the object placement without that basic feature.
So after 2 days of trying 15 minutes each 3 times a day, I went and sold it for $75 to someone.
Good luck in your continued success of growing the business and wish you all the best. Good idea, good financials, poor execution, but can be improved to fix I believe. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Joe

The quality is poorly made. Any sudden movement will make the magnetic holder shift and slam into the base. The slab holder itself when it bites onto the slab it’s not straight. The base overheats.
