We bought this as a family Santa gift and the whole family love it! It stays set up in the lounge and everyone uses it as they walk past. It’s improving balance, strength and can be used for various workouts.

I can't stay off my balance board. It's fun and easy excellent exercise. I know the benefits of maintaining balance 👍 Especially at 64 👍👍 I've just purchased one each for my kids and they're young families
