I love this dress. Its actually knit, which was nice, but the top is way to big for me. I weighed the cost of fixing it, butvits not just tightening the elastic--the cups are quite large, too. I'm heavier on the bottom so if you aren't I'd say order your regular size, its a great dress.

I’m 5’5ish 190lbs. And i got a size Large and ut fits perfectly. I love it! It’s also stretchy but also a sturdy jean-type material. So comfy!
