It does not feel cool at all, no essence of lavender and very soft. Was trying to duplicate my husband’s current pillow - but we opened the plastic (because it was rolled - so you cannot even judge it) and realized if you fid that its non refundable! You should have a protective case that you can view and touch the pillow that allows a refund! Waste of money as it’s not firm enough!
