2020 Bai Mu Dan White Tea

Such an amazing white tea! So unique compared to other I've had before. The flavor notes and fragrance are incredibly unique. I was shocked trying it for the first time, it really has a soft mouth feel and vanilla notes to it. Ive never had a Chinese tea resemble vanilla in such a way before. Obviously not in an artifical way at all, just a flavor note you can actually pick up if you search for it. Really an incredible white tea, my favorite 5 year aged white tea Ive ever had.

Really tasty tea! Dry leaves have a sweet nutty smell that makes me think about Almond Joy candy. Does very well cold brewed, sweet and it is very creamy tasting. I also like to brew it grandpa style, where it retains the Almond Joy smell as a taste.
