Excellent water repellancy , easy to apply, but in no ways does the product coverage agree with the recommended coverage information. I ran short, way short ! 5gal barely covered 1440sqft on power trowled concrete. I had to add less sealer to the last 900 sqft just to be able to get some product on the concrete. Applied it according to the directions given on the website.
