Absolutely love it. My wife commented it reminds her of Fuji Bottled Water which she has drunken for a long time. Once I got used to the features and operation it was a breeze to operate. I placed a small Lazy Susan under it. We are both 75 years old and it's easier for both of us to spin it around to lift the filling tank on and off the system. Less reaching and easier lifting. Its ok! Not quite the capacity needed for my family of 5. The representative from their actual website told me this would be the one best fit for my needs and i find that to be untrue. I haven’t had it for a month yet and the filter is already being depleted so I need to purchase another one soon unfortunately. I can’t honestly say that the water has a crisp taste like i thought it would… it is similar to the bottles i wanted to stop buying and its not cold its cool so if my family wants cold water they put it in the fridge for a while first or use ice which defeats the purpose of the filter. This is just my opinion I would encourage others to make their own decision and try it out for yourself
