They do not stand behind their products

I ordered for my daughter on her birthday. It has been two weeks and we have swapped emails back-and-forth it. Essentially nothing has been done to fix this problem. We still don’t have the product. They still have not refunded the money. They still have done. Absolutely nothing I asked them to send a new product overnight it to my daughter And I have not got a response. Please just stay away from this company.
