Not too hot and really flavourful.

Best chilli jam I've had. It tastes both sweet and a little (tiny bit) savoury. There's actual flavour, unlike some big-name brands, that tastes like eating some bad overly sweetened strawberry jam with flavourless chilli powder in. At first, I wasn't sure about how runny it was, but I soon preferred it like that because it's more versatile and you can use less. Some of the thicker chilli jams don't melt well and you use more, but this one is ready to spread or use as (or in) a dip, or as a coating, and can be thickened up in cooking.
