My shoes were not shipped until I reached out to customer service after waiting half a month for any information since I purchased them. I have never received a reply to my inquiry. Shoes are lovely but lack of communication and shipping delays (there was no warning on site about any delays for this item) negatively affected my shopping experience. They’re too expensive imo if I have to wait over two weeks for USPS to deliver it and get crickets when I reach out with questions.
