Bad quality wax

I had a bad set of wax arrive I have emailed and messaged numerous times no reply! Called no one ever answers didn’t want to leave a negative review but it’s with great sadness I won’t be buying from her again after being loyal for nearly 5 years. Customer service needs improving I am now out of pocket please do better
