Upgraded to this wetsuit from one which was similar thickness across the entire wetsuit. The thinner upper body and shoulders allows for greater flexibility and lower body gives a fair amount of lift.

Had difficulty getting a wetsuit to fit properly but contacted the customer service team who gave some really helpful advice on the type I should try. I now have a zone 3 wetsuit that fits like a glove
