Custom Hat Builder - Coast Guard

I emailed the USCGStore about the issue that I'm about to describe, but they never responded. I received the hat and noticed the letters on the bottom were odd looking. It appears they used different font sizes in the same word. You can't see it from a distance, but up close you can definitely notice it. The top letters and the SCPO anchor look real good. However, based on this I won't be doing business with them again.
