You guys gave me the wrong product.

Instead of giving me the "BATMAN: SECRETS-SAM KIETH" book I bought you guys gave me Kelley Jones Batman gallery edition. He's a cool artist but he's not what I wanted. Also ive been trying to get a hold of you guys since the screw up through email and phone and no response back. So please give a response back soon or ill have to cancel the order through my bank. Either give me what I paid for or a refund.
