They are ok

They are just ok in warmth department, stiff and almost no dexterity in the index finger. I wouldn't buy them again.

Toasty Warm Mits

If you can believe it, sometimes these gloves are too warm. On the -5 days, your hands will sweat a bit. I use these to snowmobile and have had them out in -20 days, no issues and my hands stay warm.

The first pair didn't fit but returned them and the XL fit nicely. The are warm when exercising but after a few hour on a -25 ski hill the index finger got cold. Not a big deal, it joined the others to heat up for a little while. Very comfortable!
