I am 85 years old. My son bought me a pair of the above/titled boots about 5 years ago. He said this was the most popular boot among his co-workers who are federal contract employees at Scott Air Force Base. My combat boots were in need of their 2nd $100 re-sole, so the timing was perfect and your boots are excellent for the walking I need to do to maintain my health. I was concerned that I might live longer than I should, so I bought a back-up pair, which I have not yet worn, in case the first pair wears out. A boot that provides pain-free walking is a winner.
