another excellent coffee

I love the soft floral finish and lingering aftertaste. Like all good coffees that are carefully roasted, it is best warm but not "I can only sip it" hot. Heat kills the taste, which is why Starbucks and McDonalds serve their coffee boiling hot, and also why diner servers walk around asking people if they want a "warm up." Additionally , having a coffee that is responsibly grown and sourced is important to me, Definitely five stars.
