My 51st anniversary gift, from myself And my beautiful wife for me cook for us. I have a large collection of very vintage cast iron cookware all perfectly cleaned and seasoned and now this # 11 deep chef pan is my go to pan👍

Although not as deep as I hoped, I love the skillet and the glass lid is perfect so you can monitor the doneness of food. The inside surface is pretty well seasoned and very smooth. It might need more seasoning before using it as a nonstick pan for things like fried eggs.
