I am very disappointed with this product and the overall service. I ordered a beard straightener, and my experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. First of all, my order was delayed by more than one month. I waited almost one and a half months to receive it. When it finally arrived, the product was completely faulty and did not work at all. On top of that, customer service has been very poor. I have sent multiple emails, but I have not received any proper response. No one has guided me on how to replace the faulty product or resolve the issue. I would not recommend this product or this company based on my experience.
