High Fiber Cavatappi

This pasta is incredible. It has a great taste and cooks up great. It also reheats great for another meal. My digestion is affected by a lot of other pastas, but not this pasta. We especially love the cavatappi shape because it holds sauce so well and it fits so well in a pasta spoon. We are in love with 3 Farm Daughters' pasta!

I grew up with spaghetti being slightly mushy and tasteless. Later I went organic and tasted exotic pastas made with peas and beans and who remembers what else. My conclusion? Eh. Some had some firmness when cooked; some had a bit of taste. All seemed pretentious attempts to elevate the common pasta. Then I discovered Three Farm Daughters and was stunned: This pasta was firm, and tasty with just 2 simple ingredients. I also liked the feminist feel to the name. and the high fiber content. I now always have half a dozen boxes in my pantry and am a loyal consumer. I assume that while not necessarily organic, this pasta is free from insecticides and other forever bad chemicals. I would love it if they ever decided to make a lemon flavored ziti.

My new favorite pasta! Finally don't feel guilty eating pasta - no more "pasta bloat". Cavatappi is such a fun shape but I enjoy all that I've tried.
