Missing silicon plug

The bottle took time to arrive and when it came, the lid was missing silicon plug that creates seal. As a result, the liquid would leak profusely upon slightest tilting of the closed bottle, nearly burning me. Emailed the company, still no result. Edited: the money was refunded. The bottle itself looked good except for the important missing part, not sure what happened there. But the money was refunded after several emails exchange. I have to keep looking for this brand thermos, as it is the perfect size, and the lid opens very conveniently.
