Great!

We absolutely love the fireplace—it looks beautiful and works perfectly in our space. The only downside was the assembly, which took about 2.5 hours. We were also initially sent two left drawers, and the correct ones were out of stock at the time. Fortunately, customer service was able to accommodate us and resolve the drawer issue, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with the fireplace and the final result.

The Crackling Fire feature on remote did not work. Also, I tried the QR code to register and the QR code didn't work.
