Variety Kit - Collagen Sparkling Skin Support

I tried a sparkling drink because i was getting hooked on canned soda, & i want to hit multiple goals in as little steps as possible It got me off my budding soda addiction If taking collagen for sleep, the glycine here is enough to give me a deep sleep during work breaks (12-hr night shifts) Skin-wise: my nails are growing longer faster It doesn’t give me a glow i’m used to get with powdered collagen Flavours are okay, im not a fan of the thyme based one but its passable Undecided if ill reorder
