Sunny's White Kaolin Chips

Advertised that if you buy 3, you get one free. I ordered 3 to get a bag free. The shipping was delayed due to storm Fern. Got the order and only 3 bags. Customer service (Charles Veazey) tells me that it must be of the same item. I informed him that the special does not state that it must be the same item and showed him a screenshot. He has not responded further or offered to send the free bag. That was the reason I purchased from Sunny's instead of Grandmas White Dirt. Product is fine but they need to be clear on how the special is run and worded. When I order from Grandmas, there has never been an issue as to what free item they send....it's a free item. Lesson learned. I will stick with Grandmas great product and superior customer service!
