Mini360 Charger

It’s the wrong charger. I needed a type C wall charger and explicitly said that in my email to customer service. Never got a response back to that until I posted on Tik Tok. Have a diffuser I can’t use because the replacement charger isn’t the right type (I should include that original one wasn’t working properly from the get go). I really love the design of the diffuser and the scents I received BUT they are both useless if I can operate the device. And NO, I’m not paying for another charger or charging plate. Period.

I waited over a week for the wrong item. I contacted AROMA360, they advised me I had to purchase the item again.
