I’m giving these one star because they are plastic free and water-processed. However, i find them stale-tasting and flavorless. I made a second order with a different type of coffee and find them the same. I did get authorization to do a return but customers have to pay to ship back (typical) but it would cost me $25 (not typical) for return shipping for five bags of coffee, which about equals what i paid for five bags. I will not order from this company again.
