Disappointed

Incredibly disappointed. I found the closet portion to be pointless and difficult to fill. It definitely does not easily hang from the handle like the instructions show so if you don't have a huge amount of empty closet space, you need to get really creative to fill it. In general it would work for like a 3 day trip at most, otherwise it takes up way too much of the suitcase to be useful. It also takes up both sides, leaving little to no room for extras like toiletries or shoes. Wheels are not smooth. Especially compared to other brands. Handle is short and feels like it should extend like 2-3 more inches. I would not buy this again and highly recommend any other brand.

Can do better elsewhere

Not a very good suitcase. With the high cost of this considered, it probably should be one star. Wheels don't steer straight, no matter how you pull it. The internal closet system is great to use once you unpack but, within the suitcase, it is horrible to use and compress as the compression system isn't great. Also, the handle system can easily be compressed when the suitcase is packed tightly and then cannot be fully expanded for pulling through airports. All of this makes the suitcase, at best, good for a 2 -3 day trip as you can't fill it with too much. Can do better elsewhere.

Haven't used the luggage yet, but it appears to be good quality and very well -made. Shipping was fast and delivered as promised. Looking forward to packing with this closet system inside.
