The best beach/everything bag

This bag is the best large bag I’ve ever brought. The size is enormous, I can fit four beach towels, changes of clothes, plus more. The material feels strong and sturdy it’ll last a long time.

Ordered this bag for my wife’s Christmas present. Was never sent. Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Very disappointed. Have not got the bag or a refund.
