I bought a new illuminated shower hatch with reversible fan. Great product at acceptable price. I was irritated by the fact that the screws required to install the unit were not included. I contacted the suppliers to he told that I was to use the old screws that came out of the old unit. Those screws were corroded wood screws that I did not want to re use in the new unit. I went out shopping to buy suitable stainless steel screws. I believe it’s disappointing that a new unit is provided without the provision of fixing screws. To buy this product means you have to go shopping twice. Maybe the suppliers could start thinking like the product customers have to.
